We offer a no-obligation, free introductory class designed to help you evaluate our school so that you can see how we teach martial arts and fitness in a safe, professional and very effective manner. We guarantee that you will find our training programs the most enjoyable and enriching fitness activities you will ever undertake!
The intro class is a one time sixty minute session that takes place in a group setting. It will help you make an informed decision when choosing which programs fit your needs. Students are welcome to take intro classes in multiple programs (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling, Muay Thai, Fightin’ Fitness, Boot Camp, ADP & Olympic Weightlifting).
HOW DO I GET MY FREE INTRO CLASS?

Wear comfortable loose-fitting athletic clothes that you can do some light exercise in (shorts/sweatpants and a shirt).
Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class so that you can familiarize yourself with the gym and the group. You will also have to fill out a waiver of liability. If you are under 18 your parent or legal guardian will have to sign this document for you.
Feel free to bring a friend or family member with you! It will help you feel comfortable and it will make the experience even more satisfying.
